DSA Tax & Bookkeeping, Inc. will not issue refunds for unused services. If you have a question about charges made to your account, please contact us immediately. If the charges were made in error, we will credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount. You may cancel your service at any time. Weekly bakery settlement deduction authorizations, monthly credit card subscription payments, or payments made by any other means are not eligible for a refund. No refunds or credits will be given for failure to keep your account in good standing. Your obligation is to submit your monthly reporting to your representative in a timely matter. No refunds will be given for service or for outcomes you deem unsatisfactory.

Termination of Service / Appropriate Practices
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time. You also have the option of canceling your account at any time without penalty. DSA Tax & Bookkeeping, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any account in violation of its Terms of Service, without refund.
We reserve the right to transfer your account at any time to another representative. You also have the option of requesting a transfer of your account representative at any time without penalty.
