Vinny has been with DSA since 2003, beginning as a Tax Representative and later serving as Program Administrator. Over the years, his role has evolved into one that focuses on innovation and operations. With a deep passion for interconnectivity, Vinny has become a go-to expert in systems integration, automation, and data management. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm's future, always working closely with his team. Outside of work, Vinny enjoys quality time with his daughter, family, and friends, and finds peace tending to his plants.

Monique has become a vital part of the DSA team in a short time. Starting in customer service, she quickly rose through the ranks thanks to her keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. She excels at connecting the dots across projects and processes. Outside the office, Monique enjoys live music and movies.

Jason Holmes, EA

Jason is an Enrolled Agent with 13 years of experience specializing in tax and accounting services for small businesses. Providing financial guidance with a focus on both business and personal client success.  Jason addresses complex tax challenges with precision-driven, tailored expertise.  In his spare time, Jason takes care of his family and son and enjoys vacationing and fishing.

Michael Lalla, MBA, EA

Mike is an Enrolled Agent with more than a decade of experience in strategic tax planning and accounting. As the lead of our Tax & Bookkeeping program, he provides personalized, hands-on support to small business owners, simplifying complex financial matters with confidence and care. Known for building strong client relationships and demonstrating deep technical knowledge, Mike has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs optimize tax savings, remain compliant, and scale their operations. He earned his MBA in Public Accounting from Iona College. In his downtime, Mike enjoys attending live music performances.

Brian, who will celebrate his 20th year with DSA in 2026, brings a wealth of experience and reliability to the team. He holds an MBA in Accounting from SUNY New Paltz and is known for his strong work ethic, extensive tax knowledge, and team-first mindset. A dependable resource for clients, friends, and colleagues alike, Brian is always willing to go the extra mile. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Outside of the office, Milton enjoys playing volleyball and soccer, and cherishes time with his beautiful family.
